This 30 Day program is aimed at educating and empowering women to live a healthy, happy and sustainable lifestyle. This guilt-free program will change the way you view food, exercise and health as a whole, as you are introduced to intuitive eating (by a qualified Dietician), daily movement and intentional mind habits.

It will empower you to take your health into your own hands, create your own exercise sessions and apply it all to handle daily stress and increase confidence and happiness.

The program consists of 4 day cycles including 1 day rest focusing on exercise, nutrition and mind.

The program starts on the 1st of each month and will work through email and Whatsapp.

Every cycle is sent 24 hours before via email to allow you time to go through it. The Warrior Journal follows each cycle.

Your accountability coach will be available to you via Whatsapp throughout the 30 days. They will keep you motivated, send daily reminders and be on hand for any questions, comments or even a ‘well’ done’.
