Hi, my name is Kerri and I’m a red wine enthusiast! I live with my hubby in Durban, and I am a mom of two little kiddies and a yorkie dog. I wasn’t sporty at school, but my passion for fitness developed over the last few years after I had children. I realized how important it is to look after yourself with exercise, nutrition and mental health, and I am thrilled to have the opportunity to help other women with this program.

Hi I’m Laura, I am passionate about travel and I love to ski! I am career driven but always have time for a glass of wine! Although I am new to fitness and health world, I am loving the positive changes it has brought to my life and I am so excited to share these with you!

Michelle

My name is Michelle, I am a registered dietitian who practices the principals of Intuitive Eating with my clients and at home. I believe in being able to enjoy life while keeping a healthy balance of quality nutrition, physical activity and being social. Food, to me, is something that should be enjoyed and not feared. Besides being passionate about nutrition, I am a CrossFit enthusiast, a beagle dog mom and a wannabe chef. I never say no to a glass of wine; I do exercise I love and I eat foods that I enjoy, and that nourishes my body.

Tam

So my name is Tam, some call me Tammy, Tim-Tam etc. (you’re welcome to add your own variation.) I’m an art director by profession, and just a lover of the creative world. My passions in life are creating work I’m proud of, wine, wine, wine, having endless laughs with friends and watching sports. I’ve always enjoyed trying new fitness things, and love to be surrounded by this badass team.

KeLsey

Hi, my name is Kelsey and I’m the resident nerd (aka accountant). I’m a full on dog mom and love to take our 2 frenchies for walks outdoors. When I’m not doing that, you can usually find me watching sports with my husband, reading a good book or binging a new series. True to my title, I love delving into the science of things and am excited to see where this journey takes us all.

Our Story

Once upon a time there was a woman named Laura.

Laura, our very own warrior woman, desperately wanted to create healthier changes in her life.

She wanted to be confident about eating nutritiously, she wanted to exercise more and she wanted to be happier. She wanted a program that incorporated exercise with nutrition as well as maintaining a happy healthy mindset. a program that was simple, easy to achieve and guilt free.

After feeling deflated through many unsuccessful attempts at unrealistic goals, trying intimidating challenges and programs, she approached Kerri her sister and certified personal trainer and her friend Michelle, a nutritionist and sports scientist, for advice.

They supported and motivated Laura on a whatsapp group. They recommended healthier
eating and exercise choices for Laura, and celebrated her small wins. Through consistent and realistic changes, Laura was able to revise her whole mindset on nutrition and exercise, into a new lifestyle which was flexible, guilt free and happier.

Upon sharing our experiences, we realised that there are so many more women – just like Laura -yearning for a program to suits their busy lifestyles and genuinely helps them achieve their fitness, healthy eat and mindset goals.
