We built these programs because we were tired of feeling behind before we had even begun.
So many wellness programs felt too intense, too fast — and with full, real lives, we couldn’t keep up. There was pressure to be perfect, to stay consistent at all costs, and when life inevitably got in the way, we were left with guilt and the feeling of starting over again and again.
We knew there had to be another way.
